A beautiful bordeaux style white Great fruit with nice a little above medium acidity Rich oily mouthfeel Slight lees style complexity Nice mild flora and citrous aromas Not hugely aromatic Surprisingly very good with indian food

Wrote this note on day 2. Lively acidity. Some sweet melon fruit. Lychee? Nice balance. Plenty of mid palate lift. A bit of heat here in the background but it doesn't distract. Nice persistence on the finish.

The Semillon initially takes center stage, with notes of stonefruit and hay leading the way. Tropical fruit notes weave in later, with hints of gooseberry in the mix as well. Oak is a tad heavy, and it could benefit from more acidity, but this is well-made and tasty overall.

Vivid yellow color. Quince at the forefront with hints of gooseberry and lemongrass. Great body that makes the leap from sipper to main course accompaniament without overt ripeness or oak.

Super tasty even after sitting re-plugged in the fridge for several days.
