  醒酒半时，淡宝石红色，闻香有老酒的酱味，李子一类的果香，淡淡肉味，泥土的气息、辛香料味和橡木桶烘烤的气息，还能感受到一些树叶混合着类似丁香的味道，我觉得这应该不是正常的味道，可能有轻微橡木塞污染。入口酸度高，单宁紧致，颗粒细腻如粉，酒液咸，矿物感清晰，盐渍话梅的口感，李子一类的果香混合着植物根茎的味道，橡木桶影响明显，香料味，酱味，泥土，收口微苦，伴随回甘。随着醒酒时间的增长，香气没有更多的变化，酱味稍微轻了一些，橡木桶的影响更加明显。余味是法国橡木桶的香草味和淡淡果香。酒的香气有些老态，加上疑似橡木塞污染的杂味对品鉴有些影响。但它惊人的陈年潜力还是让我吃了一惊，酸度在线，单宁扎实，比现在新天地风格更多的果香，但仍然能感受到标志性的植物气息，用桶不轻，很法国范儿，总的来说香气变化稍微简单了一点，两个半小时以后酒开始走下坡路，已过适饮巅峰期，但顽强地活了下来，早几年饮用状态应该更好。感受评分受橡木塞污染有些影响，完美状态下应该还会好一些。

  Some bricking eating into the Wine, but otherwise it’s got good bright colour. The nose is mature with forest floor and a high note of still bright cherry. The palate is more about dark cherry, with some savoury earthiness, there’s enough acidity to keep it fresh and still some tannins remaining at the side of the mouth. This Wine cleans up with air and is still going strong over 4 hrs after being decanted.
