UNP. Still shows ethyl mercapten. Decanted but didn’t really help. Color light straw. Swishing shows the acidity and citric flavors. Cheek coating. Sipping shows balance - this is not appreciably sweet, just enough RS to keep it from being rough I think. Hoping that the matchstick blows off over next night or two

Wow, this has improved substantially with age. Still has that saltly lime nose. But mouth has become considerably more complex, and also has a lively almost fizzy texture to it. Good long finish with grapefruit zest and plenty of salty minerality.

UNP. Cap "popped" a little when it came off suggesting co2 but there is no spritz. Color straw. Nose has match stick ethyl mercapten that carries onto the palate. Swishing shows great acidity but the mostly creamy kind that coat but don't blister the mouth. Sipping shows the balance and delicacy. I think that the ethyl mercapten is not going to make it out of this closure, and plan to decant this and let it sit overnight....that usually gives it an out

Nice Riesling. Neither high acid nor particularly sweet, but that wasn't promised here. What you do get is a very well-made, easy-going and enjoyable wine. 89/90

It's incredible how well this wine ages, it was great on release but even better now. Andreas Adam is an absolute star!
