  Kept on comparing this to a sauternes, and it's just a personal preference -- I prefer sauterne. The Tokaj is fuller and more powerful. More acidic and strong than the sauterne, though lacking in the subtlety and honey, rich fruit that I prefer.
  
  This bottle was still drinking well, and if it softens a little it has the potential to suit my tastes better.
