  • This is rather dark complected with a deep tawny honey color. Rich aromas of honey, dates, and orange blossom. Viscous and very lucious in the mouth with a solid acidic balancing component. The acid here is more muted like a rubber mallet rather than sharp and stabing. It acts more mature than young yet still able to age well into the future. Sweet and chewy with date fruit showing upfront, ripe apricot, honey, and musty earth to follow. The finish is decadent and very long with a green stemy nuance. This is a very lavish dessert wine. I'd say hold for another 5yrs or longer.
