Fascinating to come across this wine and frankly we were very happy to see it healthy and alive albeit with a "healthy" oxidative feel. Tertiary on the frit and fully mature but still an experience and frankly more of an experience than anything else. Happy 91

1989/1990 Bordeaux Tasting (Absinthe, San Francisco): From a 375. Slight oxidation but nice nose with some apricot, caramel; palate is medium bodied, some oxidation but not inappropriately so, a bit faded towards the end; short finish. Nice experience but drink up. 88

From memory. 375 ml. Was worried because cork wasn't happy and there was some fizziness messing about. But the wine didn't diSappoint. Old sauv blanc and some forest stuff go8jg on. Lemon. Yum. Probly better several years back. Still worth it tho.

Very good, needed quite some air and room temperature to fully open up (3 hours). Good but not up to the level of Fieuzal Blanc 1992

Some mature notes, but not overly oxidative. Butter, apricot, butter, caramel, popcorn
