Under-ripe pear, vanilla, and shelled and crushed tree nuts. A bit too fat from attack, yet complexity disappeared for the finish - a perplexing offering.

Rich, full bodied, excellent with strong cheeses and olives. Would pair well with scallops or lobster. Yeasty taste, almost raw bread dough. Definitely decant, took about 45 minutes to open up. Tasted just as good day two. Tastes better at refrigerator temperature.

No decant. Mineral with sweet pears and vanilla. Very clean and very crisp. Limey with pear and peach on the palate. Very powerful, opulent and actually more than hints of alcohol this time. Very serious wine, that might need food, and good value too! Very good. 89
