  Finally!!! A Riesling that simply blew me away. Great quality and HUGE potential. The color is bright and clear with limegreen hue. The nose offers spectacular notes of white flowers, juicy green apples, spear mint and wet limestone. The taste is pure and precise and sits just perfect in your mouth. A long finish makes sure that I'll never forget this wine, that I'll never forget how well-made it is in correlation to price/quality-ratio, never forget how underrated Julian Haarts wines are - this is top notch!!!

  I just couldn’t help myself from opening this bottle. The 2021 collection from Julian Haart is legendary and I desperately wanted to taste some of the youthful magic one more time before hiding the rest away, deep in my cellar.
  When you read the label and see that this is ‘merely a village level wine’ it is absolutely confounding to the senses, because of the wine inside the bottle. Incredible purity and sheer class, while punching far above its weight.
  The intoxicating nose showed notes of limes and grapefruit with a hint of smoke and whipped cream with the most beautiful perfumed prettiness all at the same time.
  The crystalline and mineral palate showed delicious notes of tangerine and lemongrass with a long lingering finish. But this was so fine and almost chiseled in a way that was absolutely striking. Again, I have to ask - how is it possible that this is ‘just’ a village level wine?!

  开瓶还原味很重，大量的橡胶气球和打火石味充塞了鼻腔前段，基本把果味给压制住了，随着晃杯和醒酒，出现一些油桃、橘子、青苹果之类的果味，中后段还有些植物绿叶，新鲜香草和胡椒的气味。口感比较直而收束，有一定的力量感，酸度较高，伴随着萃取感，基本分散在口腔四处，果味比较活泼干脆，有着油桃、苹果、杨桃、酸柚子之类的味道，还带着新鲜香草，收尾中。90+/100
