  Drank over several nights. Spritz on opening (did the screw cap actually pop off!?), lively with mineral, chalk, citrus, light green apple. Settled down and was delicious over next couple of days as an aperitif. Traded spritz for longer palate and tad richer nose. Really good, with a purity and a richness even with the lean dry character. Finished it up with a dinner of grilled eggplant with a mint/parsley yogurt puree and it was enjoyable with the food too--hit it off with the sauce.

  Was surprised to find this was off dry rather than Kabinett. Great showing! Balanced, moderate acid and very drinkable. A winner with the non-wine drinking crowd.
