Drank over several nights, very nice and enjoyable across the board, but best on open as nuance in nose became muted day 2+. Lovely light citrus, pear, a bit of stone fruit, apple, some light floral notes. Nice acidity, good length, shifting to more rich fruit day 2. Enough going on to keep interest too, more than just a pleasant sipper.

Drank over 2 nights. Great both nights, first had more crisp mineral and tannin edge, good blue, black, red fruit, earth, lifting into nose, juicy on palate, balanced acid...just about perfect time to open seemed to me. Medium body, nice length, nose and palate nicely expressive. On its own or with food.

One of the more intriguing wines, as the range of notes suggest. This was the best of three bottles, largely because the 'premox' quality was resolved to something more like aged citrus and aged stone fruit with just a bit of caramel. Quite a burst of citrus acidity on opening with those hints of ripeness woven in. With air distinct mineralty and some classic floral Chablis notes enhanced the nose and palate. Day 2 more weight on palate, a bit less minerality, more light green apple/honey, but still ample lemon/lime acidity. Morphed constantly with quite long finish. Picking up on other notes, as indicated this drank well start to finish over three days.
