This wine has always been good, but it is showing fantastically now. A little age took the edge off the tannins, and it absolutely sings. It has a superb balance of fruit and astringency. Pair it with pasta and red sauce or meet and red sauce and you will be delighted. Really good stuff! Enjoy.
Love this wine and has to be one of the best qpr out there. Classic barbaresco. Needed about four hours of air to really shine at this young age. Typical notes of dusty earthy cherry and rose. Tannins attempted to rip my face off but paired with fatty lamb racks worked very well. Lovely long finish that leaves you wanting more.

Excellent, just entering its drinking window for my tastes, good another 5+ yrs, consistent flavors/thoughts as other recent reviews

Still young. Rather closed on day 1, but much improved on day 2. My rating reflects day 2

Decanted 1 hr. Drank over 2 days. Minor changes on day 2. Great dark fruit nose. Nice fruity darker fruit tastes.
