Wines for the Super 15 Final: Light gold with good mousse. A nose of minerals, river stones, almond brioche and lemon, with a prominent saline element. Relatively sweet and rich on bouquet. Good complex flavour profile including blanched almonds and citrus, showing some autolysis character. A very nice Champagne, but not a wine. Still plenty of years ahead of it.

- Yellow gold color - Tasted with scampi risotto. Beautiful wine. Still plenty of bubbles, no way reaching the end. Sadly the last one in our cellar...

A weekend with friends in Germany Mosel area: Part 1: Mature and somewhat yeasty bouquet with some pear as well. On the palate soft citrus, ripe apples, limestone minerals and nuts. Soft and round. Excellent Champagne.

Dreamtastings' Eve (WiVino Vinothek, Wittlich): No formal note and score. Nice, round and ripe on the nose. Oxidative style, slightly sweet and voluptuous. Medium mousse, calm and autumnal. Good champagne.

It can be quite reserved and tight but not this bottle. Very full and toasty with richness and weight. Seemingly quite a bit of dosage, not a dry style giving potential to keep on going for many years.

Champagne Blind Tasting: Tight but with a lot of substance underneath. Light oak, powerful and full body, this clearly needs time. I had many different vintages of the Grande Sendree, but never that young, and this will only gain complexity and depth with more years.

nose: a little tinny, with bread overtones. Not a lot of fruit coming through for me. palate:some citrus, but not a big bang of flavor. finish is short. Also, not at all similar to Bollinger NV, to my palate. Not a favorite. Certainly good, but not worth the $.

Full and rich and dry are appropriate descriptors for this wine. Good mid plate density and a good finish that I hope improves with age. I got the distinct notes of apples and bread while consuming this. I like this style of champagne as it goes well with food. It may not be for everyone but I really enjoyed it.

Vintage Champagne (Grape Radio - Tustin, CA): This was even better the second time around. Notes of coffee beans, marzipan, lemon curd, and pears. Good structure with a nice kick on the finish. 91-92 points.

This was very nice to drink. Toasted almonds, macadamia nut, yeast, and asian pear flavors combine with lively acidity for a really nice Champagne. This should get better with some time in the cellar. 90+

Lively and effervescent with nice balance and penetrating acidity. Enjoyable, but really a face among the crowd, without any memorable elements.

Rich, full and lively. Toast, a little vanilla, pear and citrus. Tasted a lot like Bollinger NV...which I like.
