  • 一开始还比较内敛和封闭,带一点点榴莲味和酸菜,柠檬酸粉末细细如缕,酸度带刺激性,还有扑簌的石灰粉和矿物粉,有点沙尘的意味。入口饱满有力,酸度高,但分散融化在酒液中,在后段才突出显露峥嵘,结构充满张力。扎实而有密度,柠檬,葡萄柚,柚子,酸油桃,杏子等果味,还有柚子皮,富有活力,还带些轻娆的白花香,矿物铿锵有力,带有金属和海腥的韵味,布满中后段。 瓶醒半个多小时后,出现一阵新疆风格的烧烤料味,有孜然、小茴香等,星星点点。果味不太明显,酸度高,矿物味足。入口开放且圆润不少,多了些青菠萝,整体还是柑橘柚子调,收尾一点沙田柚很生动。矿物感齐整起来了,发出金铁交鸣声。

    杯醒半个小时后,整体更加开放,果味经过打磨,酸度贴舌,矿物金属感带一点紫菜味。92

  • Absolutely stunning wine and the more air it gets the more it improves. For me, it has to be open for at least 3 days to show its quality. But, then it really shines.
    Very floral and sweet apple and even a touch of petroleum and pineapple. The acidity is just singing and it is a huge pleasure to drink. Overall, the wine has a great balance.

  • Much more developed than a year ago - lovely petrol swirls around my nostrils, as the translucent pale liquid swirls in my glass - oh yes this is good stuff. Touches of pear and sweet apple meetup with the finest of frisset; you think the finish comes up effortlessly - and the first one does, until round two crisps up with a bit of acid to remind you that this is more than just a sweeter white. Really, really like this. If I had one at the moment, would love to have this side by side with a Joh Jos Prum.

    The appearance is clear and pale lemon in colour. Small fine bubbles are present on the bottom of the glass.

    The nose is clean. The aromas have a medium(+) intensity and show notes of mineral (slate, crushed rocks), floral characters (jasmine), citrus fruit (lemon, sweet lime), and tropical fruit (mango). The wine appears youthful.

    On the palate, the wine is medium-dry with high acidity, low alcohol, and medium(-) body. The flavours have a medium(+) intensity and show notes of mineral (slate, crushed rocks), floral characters (jasmine), citrus fruit (lemon, lime), tropical fruit (mango), and autolytic characters (waxy texture). The finish has a long length, and features additional notes of citrus fruit (orange, mandarin) and green fruit (green apple).

    This wine is of an outstanding quality. The flavours are very concentrated and have a superb balance with the alcohol and the acidity. The residual sugar has an amazing balance with the acidity, remaining refreshing and not dense, and also adds weight to the body. In its current state, the wine shows complexity with multiple clusters of primary and secondary characteristics. The primary characteristics are prominent and enjoyable, supported by some very subtle secondary notes. This wine displays a great varietal expression of Mosel riesling, with notes of floral, green fruit, and citrus, and high acidity. The influence of the Goldtröpfchen vineyard is also present through the tropical fruit expression. The wine is very enjoyable and has a finish with amazing length.

    The wine drinks well now, but has potential for further ageing. The fruit concentration is great and the acid structure should support the wine as tertiary notes develop.

    Popped and poured. Not much more to add to my note from last year. Still very muted and reductive nose. Very dense and with quite some extract. Beautiful Kabinett in the making, but it will need at least 3+ years to fully blossom. 89++

  • Petrol on the nose, pear, honey, touch of acid on the palate, finish is short-moderate, tasty but doesn’t have the poise of a prum (my benchmark). Better day 2, a little sharper flavor profile, pear nice at the end with honey predominating the palate, petrol still present on the most. Enjoyable but not particularly memorable.

  • Cork, 8.5% alc. AP0617. Pale lime-yellow.

    Very reductive upon opening; aromas of sulphur, salt spray, soluble Panadol, and little else. With airing, those aromas persist in lesser intensity, joined now by green herbs and apple, redcurrant, orange peel.

    In the mouth, subdued flavours track the nose. Very long and mouth-watering grapefruit-like acidity. Noticeable tannins, giving a dry feel despite the initial burst of sweetness.

    Opinion: Needs time, and is quite possibly in a hole right now.

  • Blek gul med grønnskjær. Dobbeldekantert, åpen med en gang, men med en del svovel. Ellers en ren, Moseltypisk nese av grønne, krispe epler, hvit fersken, noe lynghonning. Sommerregn ved kysten. Salt stein. Petrichor. Meget pent og presist. Delikat og leskende i munn med en vanvittig syre som får vinen til å virke tørrere og tørrere utover i kurven. Meget imponerende lengde på finish. Vil lagre lenge. Sikkert på topp om 10 år.

  • Two cases of Keller Grosse Lagen 2012 plus X (Concept Riesling Düsseldorf): Very fresh and light. It was a nice starting wine for drinking a case of Keller "Grosse Lagen" 2012 at a hot day. White Flowers and exotic fruits, nicely balanced. 92+

  • Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: Crisscross (Private Location): Pretty good interpretation of what a Kabinett should be in my mind. Still lots of reduction and notes of spontaneous fermentation on the nose. Underneath white fruit, grapefruit, white currant, pomelo and wet stones. High and vibrant acidity, the sugar level is quite low here. This is more of a “feinherb” Kabinett which I love. Precise and elegant. And also the perfect palate cleaner after auch a red wine. Still some potential left imo.

  • Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group (@Private location): Glass: Riedel Vinum Riesling
    Clear, pale lemon color. Clean, medium- intense, rather muted and youthful nose with lots of notes from spontaneous fermentation and sulphur. Some white fruit and slate.
    Off-dry, with a medium+ still nervous acidity. Low alcohol (8,5% abv), light body. Medium intense flavors of citrus, white peach, yellow fruit, salty mineral notes. Very puristic and focused. Medium finish. Let it rest for 2-3+ years to full blossom. 87-88++.

  • Reduction on the nose, quite generous, good weight. Nice mineral backbone, great acidic lift. Long. 91-92+
