Saturday, September 4, 2021 - Farsch this is good. Classic Barossan nose with blackberries and aged leather. Still a rich, deep purple. Really complex, fascinating wine. Full bodied, medium + acid and high tannin - all working in perfect harmony. Notes of cloves, fennel and mint come through strongly, sitting behind more traditional oaky notes. Absolutely awesome
