A linear citrus core is rounded out with crisp apple, white peach, tropical fruit, floral honey notes, talcum powder and plenty of slatey minerals. Excellent balance between acidity, fruit and sugar, and while very much a Kabinett, this has good weight on the palate. Drunk over three days and it was fairly open from the get go but fully open after couple of hours in the decanter and then didn’t shift much over three days. Killer stuff.
