Saturday, April 4, 2020 - Evolving nicely from last check-in 3 years ago. Fleshed out a bit, more generous slate/apple fruit and a hint of petrol on the nose, and in the mouth it is bursting with ripe rich apricot and Fuji apple fruit, a good partner to the slate/acid structure. Some exotic Indian spice note that I can’t quite pinpoint - fenugreek maybe? Expansive in the mid-palate with a vibrant and long finish.
