Sunday, February 11, 2018 - On the nose wet gravel, hand cream, starfruit and citrus flours. Mouth filling and explosive sweet lime, green apple skin, weak iced tea. Very rich but great bracing acid and a muddy slate and ocean air minerality. Fun to drink.
