Wednesday, September 20, 2017 - Elegant, clean and precise flavors of key lime, grapefruit, slate, honeycrisp apple, medium bodied with only a flutter of sweetness cut by racy acid, with a finish that veers into light apricot, with a bit of pleasant apricot seed bitterness. Excellent
