Saturday, February 11, 2017 - This is nearly colorless in the glass, but holy crap does this pack a punch on the nose and palate. This was opened and consumed within an hour, even though I think it could've used some time to open up (opened at the restaurant). Long finish, tremendous acidity and liveliness, I will need to buy more. What a steal in the mid 20 range

2/14/2017 8:52:00 PM - It drank really well straight out of the bottle, but there was so much energy and acidity I think decanting a couple hours wouldn't hurt. But is it necessary? I don't think so
