Sunday, March 5, 2023 - Prüm makes some of my favourite Riesling wines, even if I tend to prefer their Prädikat wines from Spätlese and up. The 2015 Himmelreich Kabinett is quite ripe, it opens up with tennis balls, petroleum and dried pineapple, but additional notes of peach, lime, lemon juice and mango show up with more air. Lovely balance, classic Prüm elegance.
