  Needed a lot of air. Initially it showed strong oxidative notes on the nose and a flat palate. We put it aside until the end of the evening and the ripe golden fruit really comes out. It had a voluptuousness to it and a slight herbal tinge on the back end and the texture is one you only get with age on a white wine. It's probably past its peak, but it's still a very tasty wine right now.
