CT says this should have been consumed by 2013. Poppycock. There was a bit of seepage evident on the cork, which caused some concern, but no need to worry--in fact, rip off your clothes and party like it's 2007, because this is phenomenal. Big? I guess. Fun? You bet. Tasty? Without question. an unabashed California Pinot that celebrates all that is good about growing Pinot in the state. I think Adam always pursues balance (wait, this is listed at 14.1%, is balance allowed?), and this achieves it (with some really great fruit). Outstanding. thedrunkencyclist.com

I got these for a bit of a song from the PLCB a couple of years ago and this was the first I tried. I am a big fan of both Siduri and Cargasacchi and this was just what I imagined--great fruit with depth and personality. The finish? Incredible. Outstanding. thedrunkencyclist.com

Lacking in body and fruit. To be charitable it reminds me of young burgundys. but i'm not detecting the body that suggests long term aging will bring benefit--but i will hold some bottles with an optimistic hope

Dark ruby / purple in color. Aromas of purple fruit mostly with a touch of spice. The mouthfeel is medium weight with a little bit below medium acidity. The tannins do kick in swirling it around in the mouth and the finish is a little longer than medium and a touch on the rough side. This is a very good wine but I'm not overwhelmed by it. Picked it up at $35/bottle and at that price I think it is very good. $10 more and I would have others I would consume over this one.
