  Wine: 2002 Moccagatta Barbaresco 14%, Barbaresco
  
  Date: September 11, 2005 in Enoteca in Wine Bar in Barbaresco.
  
  Color: Transparent medium ruby red, with a barest hint of orange on the meniscus.
  
  Nose: Nice welcome from sweet baked jam and white flowers and roses. Very nice medium/light feminine perfumes.
  
  Palate: Sweet and sour plums and cherries. Lots of tannins but fairly unaggressive, although persistent tannins on the tongue.
  
  Score: 50+5+12+13+8=88
  
  Other remarks: Other wines from this producer worth tasting, I bet, from the showing of this 2002.
