What a delicious surprise - a superb wine. Bordeaux-like nose, very Left Bank on the palate. My guess would be it is in the prime time for drinking right now - can't imagine it getting better. Great balance of remaining fruit, smoothed tannins - just delightful. Hope the other bottles have faired as well...yum.

Drank with greek lamb chops at thebonneydooner's house. This was a pleasant surprise after puchasing off winebid for $25. No bricking around the rim, but the color is beginnign to lighten a bit. Flavors tended towards chocolate and cola and finish went on forever. Definitely one to drink slowly and savor.
