  Turns out the 4/25 bottle tasted was not man last. This was similar to that tasting note. Nice tertiary flavors of leather and earth. Dark cherry with hints of pepper.

  Similar to my 4/23/22 notes but with some more tertiary qualities like leather and forest mushroom. Drank with the 07 Ojai Henry Daniel. Showed well but like the Ojai it was probably brighter and more enjoyable 6-7 years earlier. My last bottle.

  Still some of that big jammy Shiraz red fruit. Acid and tannin are resolved but not the tertiary notes I would hope for. Yes, on the elegant side for a Shiraz. May have been better five years ago?

  Don't have a detailed note, but I recall a glorious floral nose, and no shortage of flavor. Lacking a bit of structure at the back end though. This improved with air, but the finish always felt a little soft.
