  One of those very high value for money wines. Easily drinkable, and doesn't need any food pairing. Super enjoyable cherry flavored mouthwatering red.

  이 질문에서 구매를 고민했던 집이다.
  결론부터 말하면 잘은 모르겠지만 클래식 키클을 공부하는데 괜찮은 교재로 추천한다.
  
  노즈에서는 허브향 혹은 담배향이 느껴진다.
  검은 과실의 향도 뉘앙스처럼 느껴지긴 하는데 강하진 않다.
  시간이 좀 지나면 가죽향 비슷한 향도 올라오긴 하는데 이 역시 강하지 않은 걸 보면 노즈가 인상적인 와인은 아닌성 싶다.
  
  팔렛에서는 가장 먼저 느껴지는 건 조이는듯한 탄닌.
  이어서 산도가 느껴지긴 하는데 키안티라고 생각하면 그래도 무난한 정도라 강한 편은 아니다.
  다만, 초반에는 알코올 맛이 강해서 시간을 줄 필요는 있겠다.
  
  정리하면 내 개인 취향만 따지만 신세게에서 수입한 폰토디 기본 키클이 조금 더 낫다.
  그러나 예전에 책에서 공부했던 전통적인 키클은 아마 이 와인에 조금 더 가까운 모습으로 보인다.
  정리하면 두 와인을 같이 열어보며 비교하면 더욱 좋겠지.

  Very reticent and shy nose but eventually opens to show very fragrant aromatics of oregano, clay, raspberry, mineral. There isn’t any of that smell that I associate with the Tuscan sun - a kind of leathery note. Light extraction, very fine grained tannins. So finessed and elegant. I had to double check the label to make sure it was Chianti Classico. I see from a previous review and it makes sense that this is from higher altitude vines. It’s almost like a Burgundian take on CC. Perfect with pizza.

  Tasted at Tre Bicchieri NYC. !00% Sangiovese from high altitude vineyard and aged in large botti. Clean, fresh and elegant. A little hard edged at this point but not excessively tannic. Needs time in the cellar. But very true to the varietal and well made.
