I am not a real pinot fan but this one wasn't half bad. The p-funk is toned down and you get light, elegant red berries and mushroom on the nose. The palate is a bit peppery, lilacs, and more of those berries. Decent finish, though overall rather short.

This wine just did not do it for me. A bunch of us went to lunch and we pnp'd For me the wine was too much strawberry/cherry and the body was thin. Others at the table really enjoyed it. As always it comes down to your individual tastebuds.

I found this wine to be better than other cellartracker.com tasters say it is. However, it is not quite as good as Freeman PNs I have had in the past.

Not a lot of wow for the price. Definitely prefer Mail Road or Martin Ray Synthesis as CA pinots
