    Yet another Gigondas that exceeded expectations and lands as a great QPR. PnP, and fruit-driven, showing ample black raspberry and currant up front. Notes of olive, allspice, and tar weave in and out, and a dollop of black licorice emerges with more air time. The satiny mouthfeel strikes an elegant balance as well.
