Double decanted for regular wine group. Tasted blind. Spice box on the nose. Pallet is slight sour cherry with spice box. Some structure which should bode well for some future improvement.

Purple to the rim. Lots of black fruit up front some tannins to resolve but lush and full with a short 15 second finish. Improving as it opens and definitely better with food
Look for some improvement with age. Will wait 2 to 3 years for my next bottle

This is the second time that I've had this beautiful wine. Everyone who had it that first night raved. As a result, I bought several bottles. Man, it's as good as I remember. Vanilla, dark berry, mostly blueberry beautiful spice and some baking spices.

Chocolate y menthe. Big but in balance, with good acidity.
