  Länge sen som jag drack Shiraz från Australien så det här var något som jag såg fram emot.
  I näsan så avslöjades inte så mycket trots 2 timmars luftning. Lite fat och lakrits samt svartvinbär. Efter första sippen så undrar man nästan om man har fått rätt vin. Det smakar nästan bara lakrits och fat. Hoppas att vinet ska öppna upp sig mer under kvällen, men icke.
  
  Dag två så har det faktisk hänt lite i flaskan frukten har blivit mer framträdande med framför allt svartvinbär och lite mörka körsbär, men fortfarande mycket lakrits.
  
  Kommande dag så har frukten tagit över och lakritsen försvunnit nästan helt. Istället så finner jag mycket mörka bär men framför allt plommon har nu visat sig.
  
  Första intrycket var inte vad man hoppats på men med luftning i flaskan som stod i kylen ett par dagar så höjer sig faktisk vinet ett snäpp. Betyget landar på 88p. Är där emot inte säker på att det blir ett återköp

  Good fruit, quite cool with blackberries dominant. Some brambles in there along with the berries - I get some green notes. Also paint and hints of turpentine. On the palate intially quite smooth and juicy but tightens up after a few seconds with some light tannin and more of that stemmy greenness along with pepper and green olives. Towards the end getting almost medicinal with noticable bitterness. Good wine, but average QPR at best. There is better Syrah out there for less money, but there is also worse for more.
