  Well my NYC friends were out for dinner and after two bottle of Peter Michael the call for sauvignon blanc continue and they do not like the New Zealand SB's so I begrudgingly opened this bottle which I had been saving. This is a really good wine with. Aromas of vanilla and citrus on the nose. The palate is deep with flavors of the citrus and vanilla, with a touch of a sea spice which comes out on the finish.

  Amazing Sauv Blanc - I had tried this last year with the Coravin - amazing then and didn’t disappoint now! Grapefruit notes for sure and lemon peel - super crisp! Proves Coravin works great

  Well we were having our usual contingent of about 15 people over for Fathers Day. White wine and rose on the patio followed by the grand buffet at my club. I decided this year to taste all the wines before anyone got here as I am sure by the end of the evening they will all taste like Dr. Brown's Cream soda. You can tell I am originally from NYC.
  So the first wine I tasted was this and I can honestly say that it is even better the the bottle I had memorial day.
  Citrus flowers on the nose. The palate while dominated by grapefruit is mellowed by fresh cut grass, wet rocks and a touch of lemon rind. The finish is long. I have one bottle of the 16 left and I am going to try and hide it until the Xmas holidays. For tonight a 92+

  Our club decided to start our very rainy memorial day weekend with a sushi night so I decided to try on of these. It has matured and is better than the bottle I had a year ago. Citrus flowers on the nose. The palate while dominated by grapefruit is mellowed by fresh cut grass, wet rocks and a touch of lemon rind. The finish is long.
