Agree with other notes that describe this as the best Sauvignon Blanc in the country. Continues to have great flavor after 8 years, although not quite as "bright" and floral as the 2018 or 2019 Fidelio.

Hands down this is the best Sav Blanc made in the country. Approaching the 7th inning but might have 2 to 3 years more of life. Amazing structure and the fruit is still holding perfectly

PNV 07 Tasting and Dinner hosted by Mitch in Bal Harbour. Mitch was very generous with his cellar. Pre-dinner whites and burgundy before the Cabs...This may have been the first year the SB was made, the bottle was marked but not labeled. Nice to see what the more recent wines will become.
Light yellow/straw color. Nose was crisp citrus, lemongrass and crushed stones. Palate was creamy citrus/key lime, lemon zest, grapefruit, coconut. Seems to be holding well at this level... Very nice, would be perfect with grilled fish.

Bright tropical fruit notes. Much better than the 2011.

Excellent acidity and crispness with lemon, guava, grassiness and long rich finish. Spectacular with stone crabs
