Past it’s best time to drink, echos of the wine it used to be. More mineral, a bit of toasty butterscotch, a bit of apple and pear fruit left. Still a long-ish finish, but mostly minerality and toasted (almost burnt) marshmallow lingering.

Nose of citrus, smoke, and spring flowers, same on the palate, medium/big body, tasty, at peak, rich fruit, mouth filling fruit, subtle, elegant, and a long finish.

Mild fruit with a bit of melon and peach. Somewhat typical CA style, w enough fruit to make it enjoyable w/o being annoying. A reasonable price but not over the top.

The wine looks straw colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like stems, smokiness, and toasty oak, bell pepper, mushroom and toast. It tastes like apricot, melon, pineapple, mushroom and toast. The body is medium/full. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity. Reminiscent of Condrieu, but half the price. I'm hooked.

Straw yellow in the glass, fruits are restrained, pear, red delicious apple, sweet citrus, hint of vanilla, medium long finish. @unitedpolaris
