Surprised this has lasted as long, but still drinking well. Dark gold color. Oak is fully integrated with high acidity (which is probably why it has lasted). Lots of buttery meyer lemon. No formal notes, but tasty with very smooth, rounded finish.

Wow, what a treat! Bought 2 bottles from my favourite wine merchant who kept these two in his private cellar. The first one was practically gone, musty and only a vague hint of the quality this wine definitively has/had. This bottle is still very much alive, with a healthy, vibrant light golden color and aroma of honeysuckle, mellon(?), butter and a hint of vanilla, very fresh. Refined taste. I had this 5 years ago and although it lost some of its stuffing, the core is still the same, now softer, more refined, more acidity, but still oh so nice. I did not think a wine like this could age so gracefully, like a top white Burgundy.

Medium gold; mushy apple and an oxidative nose; substantial acidity with Apple, lemon, and cotton candy. I think this is better than my previous bottle but the sun is setting on this wine.

Not sure I can rate this as flawed but it poured out looking like apple juice. Didn't quite taste like it but this has seen its day. Still packing plenty of acidity, so that's sumpin'.

(Landmark Overlook Chardonnay) #2; COLOR-medium golden; NOSE-hits you with an intense burnt bark sensation; a little butter and candied apple as well; PALATE-big Chardonnay; very dry; a little nutty nutmeg component on the back-end; not too oaked; the smoked burnt aspect follows through as well; AFTER CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH: I feel like I had Creme Brulee; delicious; a really nice pairing; WS-92; GV-88/89

Full-bodied, reasonably rich and expressive. Has a nice saline character. The bit of age has done it good.
