Aged better than expected. A deep yellow reflects the development, fruit and acid still there but taking a backseat to, but not overpowered by, mouth-filling vanilla and honey flavours.
8 years has turned a $20 bottle into a $50/$60 one.

Largely commercial grade but pleasant enough. Fruit salas style, low oak and modest structure. Faint stone fruit late. Needs plent of chill to show its best.

Australian wines at Crystalwines (Singapore): Pale yellow. A clear step down after the Greywacke, fairly basic Chardonnay flavor profile. Lacks complexity or interest.
