Wow. At its price point a great value although I suspect the 9 years in the cellar added to its maturity. Tons of honey peach, nuts And a lovely finish Thanks Morgan for be willing to experiment.

I wish I could find my notes on this. I waited 10 years to open this wine, and I could have waiting till 2031. It was an Oh Boy wine if ever there was one. I brought this to a Wineberserker dinner at PDH (Peking Duck House) in NYC. No rush to drink; but if you do, please share and enjoy. This was a one and done wine until the 2018 Bedrock Wine Co. Gewürztraminer Late Harvest Alta Vista Vineyard came along. I bought 2 of those!
Bedrock Unicorn Alert! Quick work trip to Chicago so I was able to grab dinner with a friend who was kind enough to bring this beauty. Absolutley stunning. When the wine enters your mouth you get an explosion of peach and apricots, to the point where you fully expect the wine to turn out heavy and overly sweet....but then it somehow lightly tiptoes across your tongue and delicately dances across your palate ending with a long, beautiful finish. Incredible wine and easily the best domestic dessert wine I've ever had
And Morgan/Chris.....PLEASE tell me you might be able to make this wine again!!

This was just an infant. It isn't an American Sauturne, but a creation all of its own. Very delicate and not ay all cloying.
