  • No notes taken.

    Decanted 2 hrs.

2/3 liquid sign cork. Lots of sediment.

    Color bricking '98 color.

Nose was favorable jammy plum, vanilla, blackberry, leaves, some stewed fruit, slight hay at times.

Mouth taste was plum, mulberry, vanilla, black cherry, blackberry, lt. leaves, brown sugar, lt. cedar.
After the first hr of decanting still had a touch of alcohol on the taste only (not nose),
but after the 2nd hr of decanting no heat challenges at all.

Finish length decent at around 40 seconds.

She drank like an experienced Amarone by an old-school Italian maker.

Enjoy now, or could try again an another year (if ok with probably a little more hay and leaves going on).

    89/88 pts.

For often bargain priced, T-Vine has always done a good and ageworthy job to me.
They hold up Very nicely over time.

I would enjoy with food or with Amarone pairings (big meat slabs, figs and dark chocolate torte or samores).
