still pretty dark, lightening a bit at rim. attractive plummy, cherry, bright nose, with some velvety , creamy overlay that shows some class and restraint. fairly lively fresh acid; a bit thin but quite tannic. some grassy sauvignon character and a touch of bell pepper emerge as airs.not much complexity on palate, but expansive, aromatic follow through with fine reverberations; reasonable length.

Well Cookie, its still holding in there. This was wonderful right at pop 'n pour. Aged funky profile but plenty of fruit and fresh acidity. Still carrying nice weight. Made us think of a 90's Mondavi reserve cab.

Not as good as a bottle about a year ago. Still some fruit and spice but seems more tired than aged.

Drinking really well and age appropriate. I suspect it has hit its peak, but may stay here for another 5 years or so before falling off.

Brown Bag Wine Dinner at Two Chefs - Double Blind (TWO CHEFS, MIAMI, FL): The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. It smells like blackberry, plum and cedar. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. Jerry's Red from a bygone Winery.
