Tasted after 1 hour of air. Stewed prunes on the nose. Medium garnet color. Dried cherries. Tannins melted away. Still firm acid. A bit of dust. Past its prime for sure but still has life.

Tasted after 1 hour of air. Medium garnet color. Raisin fruit. Some licorice spice. Cassis and black cherry. Not surprising this is past its prime if you are into fruit forward wines. It is still holding together nicely for a 25+ year old Washington wine though. I recall really enjoying these 20 years ago. Still very good.
Great job Matt Loso.

Another beautiful bottle with lots of life left. Ready to go a few minutes after opening. Fruit still very evident with some secondary notes starting to show. Very nice place right now. Would buy again.

cork crumbled at opening. some bricking but color is remarkably dark for its age. Nose shows reduction Palate is lovely sweet fruit, just starting to show leathery tannins and secondary flavors. Long finish. An absolute steal at auction for $10. Washington gets so little credit...
Mostly about the fruit. Tannins were smoothed out and alcohol moderate. Soft cab franc and merlot evident, but still the cab dominates. Nice to have my last bottle from the case be a good one! Adios, amigos!
