  Tasted after 30 minutes of air. Dark garnet color. Strong hit of cassis on the nose. Sweet cherry fruit. Sage. Cocoa notes. Medium plus acidity. Some dust on the long finish. This is still drinking great at 24 years old. Excellent effort Matt.

  Much better on the nose than on the palate. Nose is full of ripe fruit and depth. Palate was a tad harsh. I blame the malbec.
