White fruit, strong floral, herbal, spice. Minerality. Fruit (apricot), floral/ herbal dominates. Good acidity. Better with food. Lingering finish. Better with an hour or two of air.

Dark gold, quite reticent on the nose, maybe some stony mineral notes. Opulent in the mouth, but not sweet - characterized rather by a mellow tanginess, more saline than citrus, which carries on to the long, bitter/savoury finish. Seems to have shed its fruit to display the pure layers of minerality at its core. Very impressive, complex, a meditation wine that‘s lovely with food as well.

Golden tinged. ALmost apricot in color. A exotic tropical fruit melange on the nose. Difficult to parse the components. Classic gewurz flavors of lechee with a peppery finish. Nicely balance with some backbone and well integrated alcohol. A gewurz with restaint that is drinkable with food. A great pairing with an aromatic and spicy Tom Yum soup but failing with slightly sweet chinese dishes like Gen. Chows chicken. One of my favorite gewurz styles and producer. At peak.
