Friday Night Brown Bagger (EBCC): Served double blind to the group. Deep color. Notes of lemon, clementine and florals. Rich texture; shows its abv as well.

Yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of sea foam, graham cracker, brandied yellow pears and wet stones. Flavors of creme fraiche, yellow pears, yellow apples and lemon curd. Medium acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.

Golden color, lemon, honey and bold. Fantastic wine and worth the wait. (Decant 30-45 minute to let it open)

Similar to prior note after a 1 hour SO, but a little less opulent & perhaps, past peak; delicious, drink up
