A bit of garnet on the rim of a deep cherry core. Slow legs.Blackberries, cherries, wet gravel, balsamic, celery seed, tobacco leaf.Palate confirming nose with juicy acidity, fine tannins, iron, and tapenade.Just a bit of a mess.
This was fun. Reminding me of many of the affodable 1er cru wines I tasted on my trip to Burgundy last year.For the simple minded like me, yes, that is a huge compliment.Buy, then drink, or hold. Either way it's a win. 91+ and the future is bright
