Tanta mela, barrique e acidità e intensità. Non è per niente composto né elegante. Dovrebbe riposare 5/6 anni in cantina

Al naso tanta prugna. 17.5 gradi dichiarati anche se la fermentazione alcoolica si arresta a 16.5. In bocca è potente, relativamente complesso e dolce, e sbilanciato . È comunque piacevole e non stucchevole, anche se non il mio stile di vino. Praticamente un amarone dolce.

Carattere vulcanico, frutto, acidita' ed anche eleganza. 13 gradi e non sentirli e molto molto versatile nell'abbinamento col cibo. Tocca tante corde che mi piacciono e probabilmente anche bias di averci visto il tramonto su alicudi e filicudi. Lavorano molto bene.
