medium lemon colour - clean and clear. nose: mineral, bit smoky plus fruit - ripe apples, ripe sweet lemon, some apricot. medium intensity. taste: Very good medium acidty; mineral with chalky and wooly notes. Very good body. Fruity apples, underripe pear and peach. Long with very good balance. Drinks very well.

Bit dark now. but still light golden. nose: very ripe apples, peaches, quince plus some fennel notes. Robust but elegant and balanced. taste: medium (+) acidity, peaches, some ripe apples, pears. Medium (+) finish. Very good balance. Ripe fruits/acid/body balance. Ages really well.
