Brisbane Club Cellar. Sealed under Diam. This is a fine Yarra Valley Chardonnay with a pale colour and a nose of freshly cut white peach, pear, nectarine and touches of lemon, lime and cashew. The palate reflects the fruit characters on the nose yet has a lovely fine texture with good yet not severe drive and grip that leads into a lovley persistent finish that reflects the matiere of the raw material rather than any oak derived characters. Drinking beautifully now.

Benchmark Aussie Chardonnay (Australia): Can't say I loved this. Had a sort of tropical element to it which seemed simple and it was a bit broad. Warmer vintage and I think it shows a bit here
