Light oxidized pear nose, Served blind, I almost thought it was a Loire chenin blanc by the nose. But on the palate this off dry PB runs a little thin, bordering on insipid side. Probably much better a few years ago; but still fine enough as a simple white.

Pale beige gold in the glass. Subtle citron and stone on the nose; echoed on the medium-full palate. Bracing acidity on entry and a lengthy minerally finish. Still some time left on this one, but enjoyable right now. Drink by 2016.

Clear and bright, pale lemon colour with presence of legs. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium intensity simple flavours of green apple, fresh peaches and white pepper. It is off-dry in the mouth, with a high acidity, medium alcohol, medium- body and medium+ intensity flavours of green apple, fresh peaches and white pepper. Medium+ finish.
It is a good quality wine with a good balance between sweetness and acidity, a decent fruit concentration and finish, but it lacks complexity and the fruit concentration could be higher.. Can drink now, but it has enough acidity and fruit concentration to develop some complexity in the next 2-3 years.

Only my 2nd PB ever. Not as full or as ripe as the 1st one I had some years back at London's Traveller's Club. With more air honey & tropical fruit slowly emerges, mango, slight stony minerality. Medium body, medium acidity. Not thrilled but not disappointed either.

Extremely pleasant bottle of wine Can't beat the price Great raciness maybe some grapefruit on the nose and palate Evolved a tad later into something a bit sweeter

reminds of some of my rhubarb wines a lot - neautral aromas, vinosity, sulphur?; good acidity and line on the palate, with a touch of pleasant austerity in the mid-back palate, med weight. Ultimately boring really

Stoney minerality, white peach, touch of oxi apple & pear. Well structured, fruit has mellowed, but still very tasty. Awesome value.

Very nice, crisp, latent complexity. Does the trick and very well-priced.
