Monday, February 1, 2021 - PnP and drunk on day one and four.
On day one a bit disappointing, walnut and dried apricot, a bit like a good tawny but with a light weighted palate.
Just another wine on day four, did not expect such an evolution. On the nose orange peel, quince, almonds and coffee (!?), on the palate good acidity, moderate sweetness, concentrated and long, elegant and superb. Will leave my other bottles for some years in the cellar.
