Saturday, February 28, 2009 - Very clear but in the glass it's still dark with some age around the edge. Cherry (macaroon?), some wet earth and a hint of herb. Palate is bright and balanced, some lushness but the acid keeping it trim. Great long finish, still with a few tannins. Best Tig I've had and can finally see why it's hyped.
