Sunday, September 2, 2007 - The 05 Spring Valley Uriah (Walla Walla Valley) had a medium fuchsia red with a bouquet that frankly I couldn't identify but found attractive although a little muted. The palate was tannic and then peppery with sweet currants and raspberries and once the tannins melted somewhat was smooth and promised an even smoother velvety hedonistic juice in a few years of bottle age. A real beauty in the making.
